SHIPPING POLICY

• Items are shipped out every Tuesday and Thursday by 2 PM.
Please allow 48 hours for items to ship unless client has purchased overnight shipping. 

RETURN POLICY

• All items are fully inspected before shipped. However, if customer should receive a defective item, please contact me within 24 hours upon receiving said item(s) to be eligible for a return and refund of monies. Please note, refunds are only allowed if contact is made within 24 hours of receiving an item. If the time frame(24 hours) stated has expired since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange of item.

• The value of any refund permitted will be in the amount the item was purchased for.

• Eligibility for a return means your item has been unused and in the same condition as you received said item. For example: Any hair unit(s) received, lace should not be cut, box should be in great condition, and product must be in original packaging.

I will gladly refund or take items for exchange if and only if customer received item(s) damaged or defective in any way. 

To complete a return we do require customer to show receipt for proof of purchase.
All returns are handled at customer's expense.

How do I make changes to my order? How do I cancel?


At R D Lash & Co. customers are encouraged to place another order to avoid any inconvenience during checkout or shipping. Cancellations are prohibited. Contact R D Lash & Co. via email: rdlashhairco@gmail.com, for further assistance.




My shipment status shows it was delivered but I have not received it. Can I get a refund?


Please contact your local postal services or login to www.usps.com to create a claim. Unfortunately we are not held responsible for lost or stolen items. All shipments are insured. Once shipment is out for delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to track order status.




What is R D Lash & Co. shipping method?


All shipments are sent through USPS only! The optiosn of overnight, priority, and standard shipping are available. During holiday peak time, only priority shipping is available for customers.
