🗣 Thyme is taken by mouth for bronchitis, whooping cough, sore throat, colic, arthritis, upset stomach, stomach pain (gastritis), diarrhea, bedwetting, a movement disorder in children (dyspraxia), intestinal gas (flatulence), parasitic worm infections, and skin disorders.

🗣 Lavender promotes relaxation and believed to treat anxiety, fungal infections, allergies, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea, and menstrual cramps.

🗣 Ginger is loaded with antioxidants, compounds that prevent stress and damage to your body's DNA. They may help your body fight off chronic diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, and diseases of the lungs, plus promote healthy aging.

🗣 Rosemary It is used in mouthwashes, teas and tinctures for gum health, to fight bacteria and to improve bad breath. The hot tea stimulates circulation and clears congestion from the head and chest during colds, coughs, and the flu.

All the tincture can be taken up to 3 times per week. It should be taken by dropper or tea spoon only
