All items are fully inspected before shipped, however, should you receive a defective item, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a return. Please note ONLY a store credit will be given for items that were damaged or missing from the order on my behalf. The value of the store credit will be in the amount of the item that was purchased for. If this time frame days has passed by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you have received them. For example: Any unit received , lace should NOT be cut, box should be in good condition and must also be in the original packaging. I will gladly accept items for exchange IF and ONLY IF they were received damaged or defective in any way. If products are sold out, customer will receive full refund of the item. WRONG ADDRESS CLAUSE:
Shipments are sent to addresses entered within website, after item is shipped , tracking will be emailed . It is customer duty to track package. All packages are insured. The item will be delivered to address on file. If item is returned to sender, items will request shipment fee.
